Print Type Information
Lambda print on Fuji Crystal DP II – original photo print in gallery quality
The key facts at a glance:

Luminous colours
75-year brilliance
Matte, glossy, or with a silky shimmer
Unless you advise otherwise, glossy will be provided

Fuji Crystal DP II is Fujicolor’s leading photo paper for gallery prints. This photo paper has an extremely broad colour range and is colour-fast for 75 years. It is available with a matte, glossy, or silky finish. A conservative, and very natural-looking, matte surface draws the viewer to the image, which is completely reflection-free. A striking, glossy finish, by comparison, gives photographs added vibrancy and depth. A silky matte surface gives the print an almost material effect, which works magnificently with professional portraits or wedding photographs, for example.

LightJet print on Kodak Metallic: Original photo print with metallic gloss
The key facts at a glance:

Very glossy silver halide paper
Light portions have a metallic shimmer
100-year colour brilliance

The high gloss surface and metallic look of the Kodak Metallic paper (235 g/m²) produce photos with extraordinary optical depth and strength of expression. The special laminate gives white and metallic objects a glossy effect and augments their luminosity. Shots with strong contrasts benefit from the depth effect that is created through vibrant whites and strong, imposing black tones. Professionals use this silver halide paper for urban shots in particular. Colour photos also benefit from the broad colour spectrum, which gives them added intensity. It is not only the unique appearance of Kodak Metallic that’s impressive – its durability of over 100 years makes it an absolute must-have for photographers, gallery owners, and collectors.

Canvas
The key facts at a glance:

Brilliant colours
Textured canvas gives images a tactile look
Canvas on a wooden stretcher frame
Edges white, black or wrapped look
Unless you advise otherwise, wrapped look is supplied
Easy to hang

The characteristic texture of canvas creates an impression quite different to that of the flat, glossy surfaces of modern image bases. Grainy shots without clear contours work particularly well on canvas: they are given additional expressive strength and exude warmth. Photographs benefit from the tactile, three-dimensional appearance of the material. Canvases are 100% cotton, printed with quality inks guaranteeing optimum quality in any format you choose.
